2024 Healing: What if you’re seeing more than you really should see?

Waiting…waiting in a prison of my own making. Stuck in automatic loops of analysis. Should I buy a farm with a small home and build other houses over time in Costa Rica? Should I live in the states half the year? Then I ruminate over the things I miss: new cars, flat paved roads, gourmet grocery stores and getting 100 tasks done by 9am. Then I reflect on that life, and think about the loneliness I experienced living on full speed with less connection to nature. My circumstances are quite privileged and yet no matter what your worlds look like, it’s human to grapple between “the other life” you aren’t choosing.

And yet what seems to be true is that thinking about the other lives takes us out of what’s right here. We hear this over and over again, but to live the gratitude is another reality. To savor the experience – the goodness of a moment – that is a way of being that seems hard to attain in this fast paced digital world.

We see too much.

But really, have we considered that we literally see too much?

Our brains were not meant to be filled with the existential memes, funny cat reels, psychotherapy posts, the constant corruption of politics, alongside a millionaire model, and the latest tutorial on hacking meal prep or beauty routines.

How many transitions in our day, our scrolling, our own brains is too much to hold?

Then what should we do about it? Opt-out of the marketplace? Delete the app. Reduce our schedule down to 2 hobbies per week?

Where do we source meaningful connection? What if it was in one place. Even if just for a period to time.

One place, one focus, one forum?

That is why I created The Founders Place. The thing I crave.

A place to heal, to learn, to share and connect. To get deep healing space and hardcore business consulting. One place, you feel a part of, where you will find new content that is true and alive, not spit out of the AI machines.

We are here for the joy of collaboration and learning amongst other beautiful hearts and minds around the globe. Where the messy path of being human and entrepreneurship can live under one roof. Where we don’t need a 10K mastermind or Ayahuasca retreat (while there’s a time and a place perhaps) but something accessible, easy, and REAL.

We invite you to take what we need when we need it.

Dabble through the resources or deep dive in a Founders peer to peer business cohort when you need to solve big challenges.

You’ll start the journey with me, Jeanne, your friend and fellow Founder!

My deep wish is that you find more of what you need in fewer places.

That you use more of what you have with fewer extra to-dos.

That we help each other enjoy each step of the way.

With love and solidarity on this wild ride of Founder life!

Jeanne
